Intelligent Power and Control Engineering Research Group adalah salah satu riset group yang ada dibawah naungan Fakultas Teknologi Maju dan Multidisiplin. Penelitian kami berfokus pada penyelesain permasalahan yang ada pada bidang rekayasa ketenagalistrikan dan rekayasa kontrol. Ini termasuk Analisa system tenaga, mesin-mesin listrik, tegangan tinggi, kecerdasan buatan pada sistem tenaga, pemodelan dinamik, metode control lanjut dan metode kontrol cerdas
