Vision
The vision of the Industrial Engineering Study Program of Universitas Airlangga is to become a superior and dignified study program in terms of education, research, and community service related to the scientific field of industrial engineering at the international level, based on religious morals.




Mision
- Implementing educational programs in the field of Industrial Engineering that are in line with scientific aspects, the development of the times, based on religious morals and the nation.
- Carry out research both in the development of methods and applications in the fields of advanced manufacturing, ergonomics, and systems engineering that are oriented towards the application and development of Industrial Engineering science at large.
- Help solve problems that occur in society by implementing Industrial Engineering knowledge through community service programs.
- Building cooperative relationships with various sectors at the national and international levels in conducting education, research and community service related to the science of Industrial Engineering.
The S-1 Industrial Engineering Study Program is a study program that focuses on the design, improvement, and implementation of integrated systems consisting of people, raw materials, information, equipment, and energy. In this study program, students will learn about various fields in Industrial Engineering, including Systems Engineering, Human Factors and Ergonomics, and Manufacturing Systems. With adequate facilities and a well-designed curriculum, students will gain the skills to think systemically, work together in teams, and solve problems, which can be a provision for graduates to compete in the world of work.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Program at Universitas Airlangga will have a bachelor of engineering (S.T) degree with abilities:
- Effectively apply knowledge and skills in the scientific discipline of Industrial Engineering to carry out system improvement and design to increase productivity and quality of system output;
- Communicate effectively and be able to work individually and as a team..;
- Conduct lifelong independent learning in developing self-knowledge and skills, as well as their professionalism.
