Our vision is in 2030, it will become a superior Data Science Technology Study Program in Indonesia in the application of data science in the fields of health, social and communication, industry, and business and finance to support the development of a scientific community that is smart/excellent and has noble character/moral good.
Mision
- Organizing education in the field of Data Science Technology with national and international standards so that students can think critically, have a global outlook, and develop skills in responding to global challenges.
- Carrying out research and development of science in the field of Data Science Technology with national and international standards in the fields of health, social and communication, industry, and business and finance.
- Organizing community service that supports the application and development of Data Science Technology knowledge that can support the development of a scientific, intelligent and moral religious society and improve people's welfare.
Data science is a scientific discipline that integrates mathematics, statistics and computers that study large-scale data or what is known as Big Data. This big data is caused by an increase in the amount, variety, and speed generated by the latest technology that is increasingly developing. To be able to process this big data, data science expertise is needed to produce useful insights and information. These skills are increasingly being used in various fields, such as in the fields of health, social and communication, industry, and business and finance.
